We are an independent Peruvian brand. We do not carry out mass production, nor industrialized. We make two collections per year, low volume and personalized dedication to each of the pieces from design to artisanal assembly.

Our pieces are made of selected and high quality leather. We seek to design and mix different textures and materials, based on creativity and sustainability, where each of the pieces is made to last.

The brand has as axes (i) design, (ii) excellence and durability, and (iii) digital experience. Thus, the entire process from the creation of the pieces, prototypes, their artisanal assembly, contact with the customer, to the after-sales must strictly maintain these three axes, always seeking to improve at each stage; allowing us to take our pieces from Peru to the world in an authentic and valuable way.

Each design tells a personal or world story and is mixed with creativity, brilliance, color, versatility and irreverent sophistication; therefore, they have a special singularity.

We have an Atelier located in San Borja, Lima - Peru. We schedule your appointment and that's it!

You can buy them on the website and on the brand's digital channels www.jazmingonzalez.pe.

Also, any consultation and / or coordination our digital channels are interconnected to be able to attend you without problems for consultation of the pieces, care of them, status of shipments, styling, among others. We ship to Peru and worldwide.

It is one of our modalities that allows the client to program and collect their order in our Atelier in a minimum period of time. In this sense, the client does not make any payment for delivery, they should only identify themselves and have the documents that prove the purchase. Pick up does not apply for Saturdays after 2pm, or Sundays and holidays.

• Cities of Peru: 1 – 5 business days. The hours are charged to the outsourced company, our shipments are sent by Olva Courier M-F: 8 am to 6 pm / S: 8 am to 1 pm // shipping costs: 25 soles.
• Metropolitan Lima: 2 – 3 business days. The delivery range is from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6:00 pm // shipping cost: 15 soles.
• Delivery Lima: Applicable to the districts of San Isidro, Surco, Surquillo, Miraflores, San Borja, Lince, Jesús María, San Miguel and Magdalena. 1 – 2 días business days. // shipping costs: 11 soles.
• Express Lima (applicable to the districts of San Isidro, Surco, Surquillo, Miraflores, San Borja, Lince, Jesús María, San Miguel and Magdalena): 4 hours. If the order and confirmation is made after 3pm, it is scheduled for the next business day. The delivery range is from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6:00 pm // shipping costs: 18 soles.
• International Shipping: 3 – 10 días business days.

Yes, we have delivery times between 3 to 10 business days in regular conditions. The duties or taxes that are generated by the entry of the product to the country of destination will be borne by the customer. For more information check our Terms and Conditions section Shipping.

Yes. You can select this option during the purchase process. However, the delivery address must be from the same tax environment as the country of purchase.

For Peru, prices do include VAT. For the rest of countries, the tax is not included, it will be assumed by the client.

After 7 calendar days, you will not be able to return them, except for conditions that are within the product guarantee.

We list some of the conditions that you must meet to apply to a change:

• That the product is new, packaging, stationery and parts, without signs of use, with the seals placed on the product, and without tearing or breaking the original labels.
• That the product has not been tampered with.

Once the fulfillment of the conditions has been verified, the client will be able to exchange the piece for another one that we have in stock of the same or higher amount, closing the difference.

The pieces, mainly those made in leather, may present alterations, irregularities or variations in their tonality, grain or texture, which should not be considered as defects, as it is characteristic of their nature.

Do not keep them in the sun for long hours, do not get them wet (especially those made of suede leather).

We recommend keeping them in their original packaging, in clean and dry spaces, and if you transport them, take them in the respective Diamondclothbag.

Yes, all our parts are guaranteed for 60 days from the date of the shipping confirmation. The warranty applies to any factory failure. For any questions about this topic, write to us at [email protected].

We have a size guide when selecting the piece that you like the most, as well as the ease of connecting online and solving all your queries and doubts at that time.

You can buy on our website and digital channels from Monday to Sunday, including holidays. If your order arrives on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, they will be processed the next business day, and the shipping will be coordinated.

Our consultation hours are from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

The Pick up at Atelier modality is available until 2pm on Saturdays, for customers who have chosen this modality and whose orders entered the day before after 3pm.
